Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (from our Swim collection) or leopard print undergarments unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and send to:

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to availability in our Petite, Maternity Friendly, or other collections.
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
  • If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your NFD Classics, Wedding guests attire, or any item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage or fault
  3. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund
