Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Our team takes special care with all items, from our maternity-friendly wear to NFD Classics.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian regions and remote areas). Customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every modest dress, shirt, or skirt from our collections as much as we do. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Our Return Promise

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (from our Swim collection) or leopard print undergarments unless they are faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and send to:

  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to availability in our Petite, Maternity Friendly, or other collections
  • You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs
  • If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead

International Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your NFD Classics, Wedding guests attire, or any item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or fault
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund
